"THE BEEHIVE CLUSTER and the Galaxy of a THOUSAND STARS"

LUNAR ECLIPSE WEDNESDAY MORNING

JANUARY 31, 2018

at 5:27 AM Pacific Standard Time

Eclipse in totality

Our Lunar Eclipse EARLY WED. MORNING, Jan. 31, 2018 can be seen from Southern California with the end of totality in the brightening sky as the Sun is about to rise. The Moon will set before the final phase of the eclipse are complete so you may want to start looking an hour or two ahead of time. EARLY RISERS WILL BE REWARDED!

If you are observing from N. America, esp the west coast, you will have a good view of this eclipse. Those west and northwest will see more of the eclipse.

Honolulu and Anchorage will see all stages of this eclipse in a dark sky.

If you live in Asia, China, Mongolia, Russia, Japan, Korea, the Philippines and Australia will see the eclipse in all its phases.

TOTALITY means when the Moon is fully eclipsed by the shadow of the Earth.

This is a BLUE MOON (2nd Full Moon in a month), it is in Perigee so it as close to the earth as the Moon gets. That makes it about 15% larger looking than usual! WOW! It will be a BEAUTY!

During totality Regulus, the brightest star in the constellation of the Lion is 20° left of the eclipsed Moon, the Beehive Cluster is about 5° to the upper right of the Moon.

WHY IS THIS ECLIPSE IMPORTANT? WHAT IS ITS MEANING?

OMG......

A NEW PORTAL IS OPENING

New light and intelligence, a new impulse for life will emerge according to the the constellations and particular stars that are behind the Moon at the time of eclipse.

With the HEART of the LION AND the BEEHIVE CLUSTER just to either side of our eclipse I think we have the makings of a big heart opening. THE NEEDS OF MOTHER EARTH will come to the fore with climate change this year...we enter a time of necessary industry and use of technology (Sun will be in Aquarius) for the love of the earth and not for the love of money or power.

The Beehive Cluster has also been called the "Galaxy of a Thousand Stars" because it is composed of approximately 1000 stars!

It was also called Paraesepe by the Greeks and Romans. Paraesepe means manger or crib.

Oh, this portal is so full of ancient imagery that is near to the hearts of all people, as of course a manger is a place of innocence from which a great love was first held and nurtured.

Beehive Cluster

The BEEHIVE is right at the center of the Crab, Cancer constellation.

Because of the Moon being shadowed by the EARTH, the needs of the earth come into the minds and the hearts of the collective human community. People, that's US! We must sit up and take notice so that we can establish through our hearts a BETTER CONNECTION to our Earth, Mother Gaia.

a manger is a safe and natural place for a child to be laid down....oh, isn't this just the sweetest portal opening that you could image?

It is our job - represented by all those industrious BEES - to make earth a safe place for the new child of light to be laid down. This earth IS our manger - our babies are the new lights coming in - what kind of world shall we leave them? How hard are we willing to work? as busy as bees? at this great time of the Turning of the Ages.

We must attend to the earth as if she were our very own Mother. What are you willing to give up in order to make this happen for the children to come?

This eclipse will be occurring in one of the houses of your chart. It is located at 11 degrees and 37 minutes of LEO. If you have a planet, asteroid or cardinal point at or near the 12th degree of Leo you may feel its effects more strongly. Wherever it lands in your chart it will enliven your personal astrological code. For all of humanity it is a portal of timely significance for the care taking of our planet.

I'm going to give you a link to watch a short 3 minute description by Cayelin Castele on the nature of eclipses - I can't say this better myself - she has done a FABulous job, thank you Cayelin,....so here it is:

THE ACCELERATION OF TIME IN A LUNAR ECLIPSE

Want some music before I say good-bye for today? from Hildegard, "Tears Shining in the Moonlight" is my favorite...... (MUSIC)

I will be sure to go to bed EARLY TUESDAY night so I can wake up EARLY to see the bright star Regulus, our sacred Moon, and the Manger, the Cluster of 1000 Stars! YOU TOO ARE INVITED!

love to all,
